Allison Smith

Allison Smith has extensive experience in client advocacy and customer service, currently serving as Client Advocate II at NeoGenomics Laboratories since October 2022. Previous roles include Client Advocate I at the same company, Food Server at Verandah Golf and Tennis Club Inc., and a Marketing Coordinator at Bike Route Inc., where an email marketing initiative was established. Allison also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Advantage Retirement Group, assisting in marketing efforts and organizing high-end client events. Early experience includes serving as a Food Server at Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida, providing exceptional service in a restaurant setting. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2022.
