Cheryl L.

Cheryl L. is a Quality Specialist Technologist in Cytogenetics at NeoGenomics Laboratories, responsible for overseeing quality management systems, staff training, equipment qualifications, and compliance issue investigations since January 2012. Formerly a Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Cheryl led projects that improved workflow and reduced costs through automation. Cheryl has held multiple positions at NeoGenomics Laboratories, all focused on enhancing oncology genetic testing services. Prior experience includes serving as a Cytogenetics Technologist at LabCorp, where case distribution was monitored among various sites. Cheryl holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in English with a Minor in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine.
