Li Cheng

Li Cheng, PhD, FACMG, is the Senior Director of Cytogenetics at NeoGenomics Laboratories. They completed a Clinical Cytogenetics Fellowship at UCSF and served as a Research Associate at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Li earned a PhD in Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, and Genetics from Johns Hopkins University, where they developed mouse models to study neuron development. They also held various director-level positions in cytogenetics at Genoptix, Inc. and have contributed to numerous publications in the field.
