Monica Brown

Monica Brown is an experienced molecular clinical laboratory technologist currently serving as a Molecular Clinical Laboratory Technologist II at NeoGenomics Laboratories since June 2020. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Molecular Clinical Laboratory Technologist I and possesses extensive research experience as a Senior Research Associate at Algenol, and as a Research Associate in various capacities. Earlier in the career, Monica worked as a Research Biologist II at HerbalScience Group LLC and as a Research Chemist at Lumigen - A Beckman Coulter Company. Additional experience includes a role as a High Throughput Screening Lab Technician at Pfizer and a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Michigan-Flint, along with an internship at Hurley Medical Center. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Biology and Molecular Biology & Biotechnology, along with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Michigan-Flint.
