Nathan Montgomery

Nathan Montgomery is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in pathology and medical services. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Molecular Pathology Services at NeoGenomics Laboratories since June 2023, Nathan previously held roles as Medical Director and Molecular Pathologist at Tempus Labs, Inc. from April 2022 to June 2023. Between July 2017 and April 2022, Nathan was a Pathologist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where responsibilities included Director of Molecular Hematopathology and Associate Director of Hematopathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology. Nathan's earlier training included completing fellowship programs at UNC Health from July 2011 to June 2017 and earning an MD and PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2007 and 2011, along with an undergraduate degree from North Central College.
