Prasool Soman

Prasool Soman is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development initiatives. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at NEOGOV since May 2016, Prasool has automated data purge processes for compliant deletion of public data and integrated video interview systems with SparkHire. Prior to this role, Prasool was a Senior Software Engineer at UST from October 2010 to May 2016, focusing on implementation and enhancements for a SaaS real estate marketplace product, utilizing multi-tier architecture with ColdFusion and Java. Prasool holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
