They have previously worked as a Center Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, where they managed the end-to-end collection process, and held various positions at IIFL and HSBC, culminating in leadership roles focused on collections and recovery strategies. Sumit started their career as a Sales Executive at Tata Infomedia Ltd. and gained foundational experience in collections as a Collection Officer at e-Serve International. Currently, they lead collections and litigation efforts at NeoGrowth Credit since 2025.
