Aude Simon is a certified systemic coach and experience designer with extensive expertise in entrepreneurship and leadership coaching, currently leading AUDE SIMON COACHING since May 2016. As a SPRINGBOARD® coach and trainer for leadership focused on women at ELVEOR, Aude also serves as a creative leader at Neol, a community-powered platform for creative minds. Aude is the founder of AUDE SIMON STUDIO, which specializes in digital art, and co-founded UCD Network, contributing to user-centered design and fostering innovation in businesses. Previous roles include co-founder and Head of User Experience at Physz and User Centered Design offering Head at Capgemini, where Aude worked on major B2B web-based software projects. Early in Aude's career, editorial roles in international art book publishing and journalism laid a foundation in visual communication and storytelling. Aude holds an MA in Human Sciences from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and is an ICF Certified Professional Coach.
