Kerem Alper

Co-founder & CEO at Neol

Kerem Alper has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, they began their career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and later joined Cadent Energy Partners as an Associate from 2008 to 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Fellow at Lightspeed Venture Partners and as a Digital Product Manager at Nest Labs from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Kerem co-founded ATÖLYE and served as the Co-Founder and Chair. Kerem also co-founded the Collective Innovation and Design Association (CID) in the same year and held the position of Co-Founder and Chair. In 2016, they became a Board Member at imece and continued their role until now.

In 2019, they joined Toyi as a Board Member. Most recently, in 2022, Kerem co-founded Neol and is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO.

Kerem Alper obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics-Economics from Wesleyan University in 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Concurrently, between 2012 and 2014, they also enrolled in Stanford University to complete a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Design.
