Laura Baird

Laura Baird currently serves as the Global Head of Design for Corporate Workplace at Amazon and as a Creative Leader at Neol, a platform dedicated to empowering creative professionals. Previously, Laura held the role of Executive Design Director and Head of Design at frog, where leadership of a design team and involvement in studio operations were key responsibilities. Laura's decade-long tenure at OMA included significant contributions to energy policy and sustainable design, highlighted by projects such as the Zeekracht masterplan and Roadmap 2050. Additional experience includes academic leadership in architecture at the University of Pennsylvania and various instructive roles in design-related programs. Laura's educational background includes a Master's in Architecture from Rice University and a Bachelor's in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
