Neoley is a European AI company builder.

We design, build, and operate AI-native ventures where artificial intelligence is not a feature, but the core operating layer.

Our work starts from first principles: we identify workflows, build focused systems, validate them in real markets, and scale them with disciplined execution.

Neoley is not a VC fund and not a passive investor vehicle. We are operators. We build ventures hands-on — combining product strategy, AI infrastructure, distribution logic, and capital-efficient execution.

Our current active ventures are:

KYNARA.ai — AI video infrastructure for creators, experts, and businesses.

AUREON — an executive AI communication system for leaders, founders, and public-facing operators.

We build first, validate in-market, and selectively open access to strategic investors who bring more than capital — especially distribution, product expertise, technology capability, or market access.

Neoley was founded by Christian Leyk and Hugo Leyk.
