Dale has been involved in medical device sales management for over 25 years, having spent 9 years managing sales at a distribution organization and the last 16 years with Natus Medical leading an international sales team and managing a distribution partner network across EMEA.

Dale has a track record of overachieving results whilst always maintaining a professional, ethical, and fair business relationship with his co-workers and business partners. With a passion for neonatal care, Dale has been instrumental in developing and managing national screening programs in multiple countries and maximizing efficient product rollout, acceptance, and standardization across various product portfolios.
