Leonard Trac

Leonard Trac has a wealth of experience in quality assurance. Leonard began their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at BR Printers, where they created work instructions for the printing, production, warehouse and shipping departments based on customers specifications. In 2004, they joined Aurora Networks - A Pace Company as a Quality Assurance Factory Process Technician, where they created and designed inspection processes, coached final inspection teams at factories, and audited factory production floor processes and those related to quality. Leonard then worked as a Quality Assurance: Final Inspector and Process Technician at Aurora Networks, where they audited production floor processes and those related to quality, drove and monitored action plans required from findings of audits, and performed NPI and First Article inspection. In 2016, Leonard joined Comet Group as a Sr. QA Manufacturing Specialist, where they were responsible for incoming/outgoing inspection, review OCAP events with engineering before releasing product for shipment, and perform NPI and First Article Inspection Reports per customer requirement(s). Most recently, Leonard has been employed as a Sr. QA Specialist at both NeoLight, LLC and Phoenix Technology Group, where they coordinate and facilitates daily product and part inspection activity, manages day to day and clean legacy document and record control system, and monitors and drives quality related activities.

Leonard Trac graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Design Studies, Concentration in Graphic Design. Leonard also obtained an IPC 610 certification from Service To Mankind in September 2013.
