Adam Birch

Adam Birch is an experienced director and owner in real estate development, currently serving as a Director at NEOM since November 2023 and as Owner/Managing Director at TRIDENT HOUSE LTD since January 2021. Previously, Adam held key positions including Director at Landsec from May 2019 to January 2022, Development Director at Battersea Power Station from October 2016 to May 2019, and Commercial Development Manager for Europe at Lendlease from June 2015 to October 2016. Additional roles include Senior Development Manager at Crest Nicholson plc from 2012 to June 2015, Associate Director of Development at M&G Real Estate from 2008 to 2012, and Development Manager at Grosvenor from 2006 to 2008.
