Adam Brown

Adam Brown is an experienced CRM and Marketing professional with a strong background in leading marketing automation and customer relationship management across various industries. Currently serving as the CRM & Marketing Automation Lead at NEOM since September 2022, Adam oversees the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and enhances marketing capabilities across the organization. Previous roles include Global Head of CRM at Flight Centre Travel Group, overseeing global CRM initiatives, and Head of CRM & Insight at the Libertarian Party UK, focusing on candidate support and compliance. Additional experience includes leadership in CRM and loyalty programs at The Body Shop and Vueling Airlines, a strong data management background at Total Gas & Power Ltd and EDF Energy, and public service as a Councillor for Crawley Borough Council. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Science with Economics and Politics and a diploma in Government and Politics from The Open University.
