Adeel Rafi

Adeel Rafi, CFA, is an experienced financial leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Investments-Structuring at NEOM since March 2022, a project focused on innovation in business, livability, and sustainability. Prior to this role, Adeel held various senior positions at GE from November 2011 to March 2022, including Head of Commercial Partnering, Development & Financing for the MENAT, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan regions. Adeel's earlier career includes leadership roles at Dubai Islamic Bank, UBS Securities Pakistan Limited, and United Bank Limited. Adeel is a graduate of Harvard Business School Executive Education and completed the Experienced Financial Leadership Program at GE. Adeel holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
