Allan Copeland

Allan Copeland is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, currently serving as a Senior Manager at NEOM since 2022. They previously held positions as a Commercial Manager at Dutco Group, Pihl & Søn A/S, and Kier Group, and worked as an Area Commercial Manager at both BAM International bv and Overseas AST Co LLC. Allan began their career as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure after obtaining a BSc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1996.
