Amanda Bow

Amanda Bow is an experienced professional in service design, policy development, and research, with a career spanning over two decades. Amanda has held roles such as Senior Evaluation and Policy Officer at the Department of Human Services, Senior Advisor at the City of Port Phillip, Research Coordinator at Bayside City Council, Service Planning Coordinator at Knox City Council, and Senior Service Design Lead at the City of Stonnington, where Amanda focuses on enhancing customer and employee experiences through technology transformation. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Strategic Policy at Victorian Land Registry Services and Engagement and Research Business Analyst at City of Boroondara. Amanda holds a degree in Social Work from The University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Social Research from La Trobe University, and currently manages Land Management (Policy and Planning - Regulations and Compliance) at NEOM.
