Andrew Eagle

Andrew Eagle is currently the Design Management Director at NEOM, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they served as Project Director at Mott MacDonald from 2021 to 2023 and held various positions at Turner & Townsend, Capita Symonds, and Veolia Water Technologies Asia Pacific. Andrew has a Master’s degree in Major Programme Management from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from University College London. They also completed Executive Education in Corporate Innovation & Growth at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
