Andrew Hickey

Andrew Hickey is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel operations and advisory roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Hotel Operations at NEOM since February 2022, Andrew previously held key positions such as Head of Hotel Advisory at apiro group and Vice President at both Penta Hotels Asia Pacific and Meritus Hotels & Resorts under OUE Limited. Andrew's career also includes significant roles at Resorts World Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, and Harbour Plaza Hotel Management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Plymouth Marjon University, a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Finance & Economics from The London School of Economics, and ongoing studies in Advanced Corporate Finance at EHL, complemented by various leadership programs from Cornell University and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
