Andrew York

Andrew York is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in major infrastructure and construction projects. Currently serving as Finance Manager at NEOM since January 2023, Andrew supports the facilities management function for The Line project, a key element of Saudi Arabia's 2030 vision. Previous roles include Finance Director at Sir Robert McAlpine, where Andrew specialized in UK infrastructure programs, and Head of Finance at Kier Group. Andrew's career also features leadership positions at BAM FM Ltd, G4S, Carillion, Raytheon Systems Limited, and British Telecom, where responsibilities included financial management, business partnering, and team leadership. Andrew holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on logistics and supply chain management, along with qualifications as a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants member and a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Insurance, and Finance from the University of North Wales.
