Andrey Ivanov

Andrey Ivanov is a seasoned technology advisor and senior manager with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving at Detecon International since February 2015. Ivanov's previous roles include managing consultant and senior consultant positions at TransTeleCom from September 2012 to January 2015, where responsibilities focused on wireless telecom business development and technical policy creation. Prior to that, Ivanov was the Technical and Business Development Director at CEDICOM, overseeing pre-sale to post-sale processes, project management, and RF/network infrastructure deployment management from August 2004 to August 2012. Early career experience includes technical support and engineering roles at CREDO-TELECOM and involvement in network design and monitoring. Ivanov holds an Engineer degree in Management and Informatics in Technical Systems from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
