Andy Timlin is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Strategy and Digital at NEOM since July 2022. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions including Financial Director at Idox plc, Group Director of FP&A, and Divisional Finance Director at Capita, as well as Director of Investment Finance. Andy's earlier experience includes roles at Start Up Loans Company, Virgin Money as Commercial Finance and Analytics Director, and a significant tenure at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where roles included Head of Finance for Personal and Business Banking Distribution and Senior Finance Business Partner. Andy began a finance career at HBOS plc as a Finance Manager. Andy holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Glasgow University.
