Anton Shestakov

Anton Shestakov is a seasoned procurement and contracts professional with extensive experience across various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Procurement Manager for THE LINE at NEOM since 2023, Anton has successfully led significant design and engineering package awards. Prior to this, Anton was Contracts Manager at Gazprom Neft Middle East B.V, where end-to-end procurement operations and high-value contract negotiations were effectively managed. As Procurement Director at "GAZPROMNEFT-DEVELOPMENT" LLC, Anton supervised a diverse team while overseeing substantial procurement and logistics budgets. An accomplished lawyer earlier in his career, Anton has a Doctor of Business Administration from Singapore Academy of Corporate Management and an MBA from the University of Bradford, complemented by a degree in International Private Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
