Bart Leclercq

Bart Leclercq is currently the Executive Director of Engineering at NEOM. Previously, they held prominent project director roles in notable developments in Dubai and Muscat, including the Kempinski Hotel and Dubai World Trade Centre. Bart's extensive experience in structural design spans multiple leadership positions at WSP, Jacobs Engineering, and Arup Consulting Engineers, contributing to iconic projects such as the New Cork Airport Terminal and the City of Arabia. Bart obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structures, from Technische Universiteit Delft.
