Clair Thomas

Clair Thomas currently serves as the Regional Manager Collections for NEOM, overseeing the management of discarded materials at the Sindalah island resort. In addition, Clair is the Managing Director of Maderne Limited, where responsibilities include supporting waste and recycling operations, strategy, and business development. Prior experience includes positions such as Associate Lecturer at the University of Northampton, General Manager at Veolia, and various roles at Viridor and FCC Environment, focusing on collections and operations management. Clair is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business at the University of Northampton and holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with Systems Practice, a Diploma in Systems Practice, and certifications in project management and health and safety.
