Daniel Towner

Daniel Towner is an experienced professional in mobility planning and transportation management, currently serving as the Regional & Urban Mobility Planning Manager at NEOM since April 2024. Previously, Daniel held the position of Mobility Planning Leader for the Middle East Region at Zutari and worked as a Managing Consultant at Movement Strategies. Additional roles include Transportation Planning Manager at SNC-Lavalin, Transport Planning Specialist at Jacobs, and Principal Transport Modeller at Transport for London. Daniel's career began as a Senior Transportation Planner at Walsall Council and has included significant consultancy roles at various organizations. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management & Technology from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Geography from Swansea University.
