Darrel Strobel is currently the Director Electro-Mechanical at NEOM, working within the Technical Consultancy Division. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe and a Master’s degree in Building Engineering from the University of Glasgow, Darrel achieved chartered engineer status and accumulated nearly 15 years of senior management experience. Previous roles include Managing Director at KEO International Consultants and Director of Mechanical Engineering at Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, where they managed diverse teams and projects across various sectors globally. Darrel has specialized expertise in HVAC systems design, sustainability, and project management, alongside being a registered BREEAM assessor.
