Darren O'Regan

Darren O'Regan is a seasoned executive in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Senior Executive Director at NEOM since October 2024. Previously, Darren held the position of Senior Vice President at DAMAC Properties from February 2022 to October 2024, and served as Director at Emaar from January 2019 to February 2022. Before these roles, Darren was a Director at JLL and held various positions including Associate Director. From March 2007 to May 2017, Darren worked as a Construction Project Manager at Mace Group and held the title of Project Manager at Ridge Developments from June 2005 to February 2007. Early career experience includes being a Site Manager at Pike Construction Ltd from June 1998 to June 2005. Darren’s educational background includes an MBA from Imperial College Business School and an MSc in Construction and Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, along with studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Imperial College London.
