David Entwistle

David Entwistle currently serves as the Head of Regulatory Compliance at NEOM since September 2023. Prior to this role, Entwistle was a Partner at Temple Bright LLP, focusing on contentious and non-contentious financial services regulatory and compliance issues from September 2020 to September 2023. Entwistle has extensive experience in financial services law, having worked as a Financial Services Lawyer and Regulatory Specialist in an independent capacity for a brief period in early 2020. A significant tenure was spent at Deutsche Bank from 2000 to February 2020, where Entwistle held various senior positions, including Global Head of Regulatory Governance and Enforcement and Managing Director. Earlier professional experiences include serving as Legal Counsel at San Paolo IMI Bank and holding associate solicitor roles at Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP and Slaughter and May. Entwistle holds a Master of Arts in English and Law from King’s College, Cambridge University.
