Elizabeth Wheaton is a leader in climate adaptation and mitigation programs, currently serving as the Environment & Sustainability Director at NEOM in Saudi Arabia. Previously, Elizabeth was the Environment & Sustainability Director and Chief of Staff for the City of Miami Beach, where they led various sustainability initiatives for over 13 years. They hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Marine Affairs and Policy from the University of Miami and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Elizabeth is also a board member of the Friends of the Everglades and the Miami Center for Architecture & Design.
