Erica Postma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business engagement and relationship management across various sectors. Currently, at NEOM since April 2022, Erica leads Business Engagement efforts in IT Services, fostering collaboration to enhance business operations. Previous roles include Head of Group Reporting and Consolidation at Fortum, where Erica managed business relationships between Business Technology and Corporate Functions, and significant positions at Nokia, where responsibilities ranged from managing Shared Service Operations to leading security projects and product management initiatives. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Savonia University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
