Fabio Delfino is a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Manager at NEOM, overseeing innovative and sustainable projects since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Design/Project Manager for Melco Resorts & Entertainment, where significant projects such as Studio City phases I and II and City of Dreams Mediterranean were completed. As Project Director for MGM Macau, Fabio led the Hall of Stars project, an immersive theatre with a 170 million USD budget and cutting-edge technology. Fabio's extensive experience encompasses roles across various esteemed companies, including Melco Crown Entertainment, Libra Ltd., Harrah's Entertainment, and Danieli, with a consistent focus on design, project management, and construction in luxury developments and entertainment venues. An alumnus of Politecnico di Torino, Fabio holds a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
