Gareth Thomas

Gareth Thomas is an experienced professional in quality management within the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Quality for the Trojena Region at NEOM since January 2023. Prior roles include multiple director-level positions and quality assurance roles at organizations such as Hill International, Inc. and Ashghal, where Gareth acted as a special advisor on quality, safety, and environmental matters during significant public works projects. With a solid educational foundation in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff, Gareth has also contributed to major infrastructure projects globally, including responsibilities in QA management for high-profile contracts and the establishment of integrated management systems leading to recognized certifications.
