Giles Pendleton FRICS is an Australian–South African C-suite property executive with over 25 years of global experience in leading and delivering large-scale, sustainable master-planned cities. Currently, Giles serves as the Chief Operating Officer of THE LINE at NEOM, the world’s first linear, net-zero city in Saudi Arabia. Previously, they held the position of Chief Development Officer at Attacq, overseeing significant projects including Waterfall City, Africa's largest new-build city. With extensive experience across 26 countries, they are recognized for their commitment to cognitive urban design and sustainable development practices.
