Giri Sankar

Giri Sankar is a seasoned food and beverage consultant currently working at NEOM since December 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Marriott International from November 2012 to December 2020, where Giri won the Star Voice Best in Class Department Manager award in 2015 and was involved in strategic hotel planning and operational safety. Previous roles include Restaurant Manager at The Leading Hotels of the World, where Giri successfully set up several distinct dining establishments, and positions at Costa Cruises, Al Ghalia, and HOTEL AMRUTHA CASTLE. Giri holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from American Hawaii University and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University.
