Hadi Alyami serves as a Senior Manager in Technology & Sustainability at NEOM, where responsibilities include developing sustainable mobility solutions and collaborating on climate change initiatives. Previous roles at NEOM involved leading strategies for sustainable technologies and managing energy projects for mega Datacenters. Hadi is also a permanent member of the Net Zero Innovation Center at the University of Tabuk, influencing research alignment with NEOM's objectives. Earlier experience includes establishing a Scientific Research & Innovation Centre at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and educating students in renewable energy. Hadi's technical research background includes work with Manitoba Hydro International on HVDC line optimization and training in environmental issues at the National Center for Meteorology. Hadi holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta and is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Design and Engineering at UCL.
