Hamad AlSulaiman serves as the Senior Executive Director at NEOM since March 2019, with a distinguished career that includes executive roles in planning, technical affairs, and municipal affairs. Prior to NEOM, Hamad held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at SNC-Lavalin and has an extensive background at Saudi Aramco, where experience spanned from Project Manager roles to overseeing project controls and support for significant projects. Earlier, Hamad managed project services for SATORP and assisted the President & CEO at SATORP. Educationally, Hamad holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management Engineering from King Fahd University obtained between 1984 and 1988.
