Hamza Elbayed

Hamza ElBayed currently serves as the Mobility Planning & Performance Manager at NEOM, a role initiated in February 2022, where leadership is provided for the Land Mobility sector and its service providers, alongside strategic measurement formulation for compliance tracking. Prior to this, Hamza held the position of Section Head - Planning & Performance Management at MACC Branch (Modern Architectural Contracting Company) from February 2018 to January 2022, overseeing the Planning & Performance Management Department and enhancing team skills while ensuring successful delivery of accommodation services. From August 2014 to July 2017, Hamza was the Manager of Commercial Process & Technology at Bupa Arabia, focusing on aligning technology development with business requirements. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Sales Executive at Mobily from April 2008 to August 2014, where strategic initiatives were executed to achieve business targets and foster strong client relationships.
