Irina Roibu

Irina Roibu is a strategy and security expert currently serving as the Manager of Border Security at NEOM. With a distinguished career as the Principal Commissioner of Border Police (ret.), Irina has held various significant roles, including Border Observer at the OSCE and Inter-Agency Coordinator at UNHCR. Armed with a Master's degree in International and European Security and a solid foundation in law, Irina possesses extensive expertise in border management, migration governance, and security policy. Their work spans international organizations such as the UN, OSCE, and FRONTEX, where they have successfully fostered partnerships and contributed to strategic initiatives.
