James McIntyre

James McIntyre currently serves as Corporate Advisory Manager at NEOM since November 2021, following a role as Environmental and Social Advisor at Total, where key responsibilities included advising on a $40 billion Liquefied Natural Gas Plant project. Prior to that, at Tengizchevroil, James held positions as Environmental, Labour and Community Lead and Coordinator, managing supply chain impacts for a $50 billion project and leading a team to ensure compliance with environmental and social management systems. Experience also includes consulting roles at ERM, where James contributed to environmental and social management for major capital projects, and earlier positions in environmental coordination and advising at companies like DS Smith and Abbott. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from the University of Derby, as well as additional degrees in Environmental Management and Environmental Science.
