Jason Aiken

Jason Aiken currently serves as the Head of Finance for DevCo (OXAGON) at NEOM, overseeing finance, business planning, risk, and commercial functions for the Development and Operations business. Prior to this role, Aiken was the Finance Director for UK operations at DarGlobal Real Estate, focusing on new business and real estate transactions in London. Aiken has also held positions at Grosvenor Group as Real Estate Corporate Finance & Interim Head of FP&A, and at Morgan Sindall Investments Limited as Senior Commercial Manager and Bid Director. Earlier experience includes roles at Lendlease, Betfair, and UHY Hacker Young, where Aiken gained extensive expertise in commercial finance and project management. Jason Aiken holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Bristol.
