John Dineen

John Dineen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and operations. Currently serving as Payments Manager at NEOM since March 2023, John is instrumental in scaling technology and developing teams for a major global project. Prior to this role, John held various positions at MetLife from March 2010 to February 2023, culminating in the role of Treasury Director for Banking and Cash Management across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. John's earlier career includes significant roles at The Bank of New York Mellon, Investors Bank & Trust, PFPC, and Scottish Equitable International, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, fund management, and financial stability. John holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Limerick.
