Jonathan Eades

Jonathan Eades serves as the Executive Director of HSE at NEOM, leading a high-performance team to deliver a world-class safety program for significant construction projects. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Global Vice President Corporate Head of EHS at Exyte and was the Global Head of SHEQ and CSR at M+W Group, overseeing global safety and quality programs. Jonathan's extensive experience includes serving as Corporate QHSE Director for Samsung C&T Corporation in the APAC and MENA regions, and Head of HSE for Saudi Oger Ltd. Jonathan began a career in safety as a consultant and officer in various organizations, including Barnet FC and the UK Ministry of Defence. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in health safety and environment from the University of Portsmouth.
