Jonathan Howard is an experienced professional in property development, currently serving as the Property Development Director at NEOM since November 2023, where responsibilities include directing the master plan, infrastructure, environment, landscape, and mansion development at Magna, as well as adapting strategies to align with market conditions. Previously, from May 2021 to October 2023, Jonathan held the position of Director of Property Development at Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, overseeing phase 1 of Al Mishraq and managing budgets and design teams while securing key anchor tenants. Jonathan holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney.
