Joshua S. Smith

Joshua S. Smith is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing high-profile construction projects across various sectors. Currently at NEOM since February 2023, Joshua oversees the D&C tender and construction phases for significant educational facilities in NSW. Joshua's previous roles include Construction Manager at AECOM and Senior Project Manager positions at TSA Management, where responsibilities spanned major school projects to specialized defence works. Joshua's project management expertise includes the delivery of the City Walk development in Dubai and multiple high-value electrical substation projects for Mitsubishi Electric Europe. A graduate of the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Business, along with a Diploma of Project Management from the University of New England, Joshua combines technical knowledge with strong management capabilities.
