Joyce has held key positions at companies such as RSA Pty Ltd, AECOM, and CIMC Modular Building Systems, where they led complex projects and teams while promoting sustainable practices and innovative design solutions. Currently, Joyce serves as the Senior Design Manager at NEOM. Joyce’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science in Project and Construction Management from Loughborough University.
