Joyce Ncube is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in real estate and urban development. Currently serving as Development Lead for Trojena at NEOM since April 2023, Joyce previously held the role of Development Manager at LocatED from July 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as Manager in Deal Advisory with a focus on Social Infrastructure at KPMG UK from July 2019 to June 2021, and as a Senior Surveyor at GL Hearn, part of Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, from September 2013 to July 2019. Joyce holds a BSc Honours degree in Property and Urban Development from the University of Westminster.
