Jules Hattingh is an accomplished professional in the field of project and development management, currently serving as Snr. Lead - Assets & Infrastructure - Operational Readiness at NEOM since January 2024, overseeing operational readiness for approximately 100 asset and infrastructure clusters within the OXAGON giga-project. Previously, Jules held significant roles including Project Executive at Qiddiya, Senior Project Director at Dar Al Riyadh, and Director of Development at Key Projects & Developments, along with various leadership positions at Emaar, Hill International, Qatari Diar, Dubai Holding, and DAMAC Properties.
