Khalid has held leadership roles at Mott MacDonald, Connected Places Catapult, and WSP in the Middle East, focusing on innovative mobility solutions and technology strategies. Currently serving as Mobility Systems and Planning Manager at NEOM, Khalid leverages a systems thinking approach to develop and deliver projects for diverse clients in various transport sectors. Khalid holds a PhD in Wireless Positioning and Navigation Systems from Imperial College London and a Master's Degree with Distinction in Communications and Signal Processing from Newcastle University.
